Development perspectives for a national plan for dentistry 2016

The survey conducted by Eurispes in collaboration with AIO bears witness to the retreat of the NHS from dental care. The study carried out represents a tool for analysing the dental care system in Italy in a comprehensive and equitable manner and takes a detailed snapshot – 17 years after the Bindi Reform – not only of the public and contracted supply but also of the intermediated private supply and the private supply paid for by the citizen. And, from here, it provides data for understanding how supplementary care proposals work and how they might develop in the future.
