Magistrate of the Court of Naples acting as Delegated Judge 

Member of the Provincial Tax Commission of Naples and currently also applied to the Regional Tax Commission of Bari. A former Ombudsman of the Municipality of Aversa, he is the author of numerous publications and essays of a legal nature and also collaborates with the editorial staff of the weekly magazine ‘Guida al Diritto’ – published by ‘IlSole24Ore’.
He founded the online legal journal ‘Dirittoitalia.it’ (www.dirittoitalia.it).
Contract Professor in the subject of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pegaso Telematic University.
