Professor of History of Economics at the University LUISS “Guido Carli” of Rome, member of the Faculty of the PhD Course “History and theory of economic development” of the university and of the Faculty of the National Institute for Romans Studies. He take also a course in Economic History at the University “Tor Vergata”, in Rome. He has conducted studies and research in depth in the field of medieval history. In his scientific publications, he investigated the economy of Rome in the period of Renaissance, particularly with reference to the functioning of the monetary, credit, financial system.
