Giovambattista Palumbo

Lawyer, public executive, lecturer, expert in tax law and tax policies, former executive in the Cabinet of the Minister of Economy and Finance. Author of books and publications in magazines and newspapers on finance, economics and money laundering phenomena. Among the numerous assignments he has held, that of European Commission Expert in the context of the TACTA mission, aimed at providing tax technical assistance to the newly-formed Republic of Kosovo. He is Director of the Eurispes Observatory on Fiscal Policies.
