Divergent thinking in the construction of healthcare in the smaller islands. Eurispes among the sponsoring bodies
Health and the Minor Islands will be discussed at the meeting entitled “Divergent thinking in the construction of health in the Minor Islands”, which will take place on the island of Favignana, at the conference hall of the former Florio factory, on 11 and 12 October 2024. The event sees the patronage of Eurispes as well as the participation of Prof. Aldo Berlinguer, President of the Insularity and Internal Areas Observatory of our Institute.
The proceedings will begin at 2.30 p.m. with greetings from Mayor Francesco Forgione and Ferdinando Croce, ANCIM President. The first session is entitled ‘Virtuous synergies: organisation, skills, technologies’. The second session on Saturday, chaired by Massimiliano Maisano, is instead devoted to ‘Rereading contexts and enhancing NHS equity’. Prof. Berlinguer will speak in the debate dedicated to ‘Fragility as a systemic element in the Minor Islands in the Minor Islands’. The work will be closed by the Minister for Civil Protection and Sea Policies, Nello Musumeci.
