Memorandum of Understanding between Eurispes and Planet Life Economy Foundation ETS
The President of Eurispes, Gian Maria Fara, and Paolo Mamo, President of PLEF (Planet Life Economy Foundation) ETS, signed a Memorandum of Understanding for future collaborations and joint projects.
PLEF ETS is a free non-profit association that has been dealing with sustainability since 2003, providing a solid scientific and cultural basis for new and more sustainable industrial development strategies in order to promote a new economic and social model capable of creating real value (economic, social, environmental, human) for-profit and non-profit enterprises, to improve the wellbeing of the community.
The Institute, which in its 40 years has reported on Italy through the Italy Report, now in its 34th edition, intends to extend its research activity to monitoring the implementation by Italian companies of the principles of which PLEF ETS supports through training, support and research on the subject in collaboration with private and public academic Institutions.
Thanks to this agreement, Eurispes aims to improve the analysis of the evolution towards sustainability of the national system, with a specific focus on the contribution of enterprises to sustainable development and the wellbeing of the country, and to promote scientific dissemination activities on the subject.
The agreement is part of the activities of the Laboratory on Sustainability promoted and coordinated by Fabrizio Zucca, a member of the Eurispes Scientific Committee.
