Women, AI and innovation
Tomorrow, Friday 15 November 2024, at 3.30 p.m., the Faculty of Economics of the Sapienza University of Rome (Viale del Castro Laurenziano, 9) will host the presentation of the book ‘Women against the tide in AI and Innovation’ by Claudio Barnini and Carmela Elita, with an introduction by the President of Eurispes, Gian Maria Fara.
The event will be attended, in addition to the authors:
- Alberto Pastore, Director of the University Master in Marketing Management (MUMM), Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Sapienza
- University of Rome;
- Arabella Mocciaro Li Destri, Professor of Management at the Department of Economics, Management and Statistics, University of Palermo;
- Paola Pisano, Italian politician and economist;
- Marina Geymonat, Head of AI Lab at Leonardo Labs;
- Raffaella Saso, Deputy Director of Research at Eurispes.
The book, published by Mason & Partners, is part of a series dedicated to ‘women against the tide’ in the world of business management. The editorial project tells the stories of women who ‘embrace innovation without following the mainstream, relying on their own intuition and finding the courage to tread unexplored and challenging paths’.
The initiative is supported by Autostrate for Italy and ENG, among others, and is under the patronage of the Italian Managment Society.
