Waiting for Lussu, cinema meets the figure of Emilio Lussu

On 17 December 2024 at 17.00, the film Lussu. Il processo by Gianluca Medas, at the Fondazione Circolo Rosselli in via degli Alfani 101 in Florence. In addition to the director Gianluca Medas, Prof. Aldo Berlinguer together with Massimo Casula and Valdo Spini will take part in the debate after the film screening. The film retraces a fundamental stage in the life of Emilio Lussu, namely the trial for the murder of the young fascist Porrà, which took place on 31 October 1926. The screening is organised by the Emilio Lussu Study Centre to deepen the figure of Lussu on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of his death in 2025.
