Survey on European Arrest Warrant and extradition. Raffaella Saso, Deputy Director Eurispes, presents the results

On Monday, October 19, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., the results of the statistical survey carried out by the Europe Observatory of the Bologna Criminal Chamber “Franco Bricola”, Fondazione Forense Bolognese and Eurispes on the jurisprudence of the Bologna Court of Appeal years 2006-2019, related to the European Arrest Warrant (EAW) and extradition will be presented. The online meeting is sponsored by the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers.
