Institute for Labour Law, 2018 – 602 pagine
In 2015, the IALLJ published its inaugural Yearbook of Comparative Labour Law Scholarship. It was edited by Steven L. Willborn and Alan C. Neal and published by Lancaster House. The volume contained 390 pages with reproductions of the most typical, eye-catching, thoughtful or generally worthwhile contributions of IALLJ member journals. The Yearbook was conceived with the intent of showcasing some of the best in recent comparative and international labour law scholarship.
The present volume aims to repeat this exercise for contributions that have been made available after the first volume and which were published in 2014 in the IALLJ’s member journals.
It is our hope that this Yearbook will play a role in disseminating academic work in the area of labour law and strengthening the discipline through an this innovative publication reaching out to the widest possible readership.
