Irregular migrants victims of crime: Marco Omizzolo, Eurispes researcher speaks at the conference organised by the University of Milan
On Thursday 22 February 2024, a meeting entitled “Percorsi di denuncia sicura per le vittime di reato con status migratorio irregolare” (“Safe reporting paths for crime victims with irregular migration status”) will be held in Milan (Sala Napoleonica – Via Sant’Antonio, 12), promoted by the University of Milan – Department of Legal Sciences “Cesare Beccaria”, together with the Municipality of Milan and the Cooperativa lotta contro l’emarginazione. The session “A perspective on the field: stories and testimonies of migrant victims of crime” (from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.) will include a speech by Marco Omizzolo, researcher at Eurispes. The session is chaired by Marco Scoletta, University of Milan, and speakers will include Paola Moscardino, La7 – Corriere del Mezzogiorno, Monica Napoli, Sky Tg 24, Giampiero Rossi, Corriere della Sera, Roberto Cornelli, University of Milan.
