Immigration and forced labour: two appointments with Marco Omizzolo, Eurispes researcher
On Tuesday 2 March 2021, at 3.30 p.m., as part of the didactic activities of the course on Global Society and Rights, Cdl GOV (Prof. Monica Massari), of the Department of International, Legal and Historical-Political Studies of the University of Milan, there will be an open lecture with Marco Omizzolo, sociologist and researcher of Eurispes on the topic “Migrants, exploitation and forced labour at the time of the pandemic“. On Wednesday, 3 March, at 5.30 p.m., Omizzolo will take part in the Aperitivo Sociologico, which will focus on the theme “”Lives in the balance. Social inequalities and Caporalato”. Angelo Romeo, University of Perugia, will introduce and coordinate the event. Speakers: Francesco Antonelli, University of Roma Tre, Carlo Colloca, University of Catania, Fabio Mostaccio, University of Messina.
