Cryptoassets and criminal law profiles. The President of Eurispes Observatory on Cybersecurity, Roberto De Vita at the meeting

On Tuesday, 3 May, from 9.30 am, the LUISS School of Law promotes the meeting entitled “The criminal profiles of the cryptoassets within the substantive and procedural law“, which will be held at the Aula Magna Mario Arcelli, Campus of Viale Pola 12, Rome.

The conference will be opened by the Rector of Luiss Guido Carli, Prof. Andrea Prencipe, Prof. Antonio Nuzzo, Director of the Luiss School of Law, Gen. Giuseppe Zafarana, General Commander of the Guardia di Finanza and Prof. Paola Severino, President of the National School of Administration and Vice-President of Luiss Guido Carli.

Among other lectures, Lawyer Roberto De Vita, President of the Cybersecurity Observatory of Eurispes, will speak on “Evolutionary trends of criminal phenomena related to the use of cryptoassets”.
