Bobkov partecipate the scientific expert board of the Committee on Labor and Social Policy of the State Duma and the Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare of the Russian Federation Council; he is also member of Scientific-Expert Council under the Interparliamentary Assembly of Eurasian Economic Community – EurAsEC, on harmonizing national legislations in the field of social policy and social sphere reformation. He is member of the European Research Group -ERG, S.U.P.I., for studies on Social Uncertainty, Precarity, Insecurity and of the international organization “Euromemo”.
